- How can I order?
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products. - Why should I buy online?
Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.
Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.
Reordering: you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past. - What information should I input when ordering?
Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. If you have a GST number, please remember to submit it in case you are buying through your company. This will make sure the shipment is not delayed because of the lack of GST number. Individual do not require GST number.
- What payment methods can I use?
You can use all the major credit cards/other option available on the portal.
- Will I get invoice for my purchase?
Yes, once the product is delivered you can opt for invoice through your order summary.
- What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact customercare@petroindia.com or call us We can manage the order manually.
- How can I change delivery address?
Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information. Also, while ordering you can change the delivery address, in case you want the product to be delivered on the other address instead of saved address.
- What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements extra fee will be added to the shipment charges. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

- How can I get offer of bulk amounts?
When you are logged in and you add products to shopping cart, you have the ability to send offer request to us using the shopping cart. You just need to add the products and quantities you are interested in and click “offer request”. We will send you an offer. Please note that this feature should only be used for bulk quantity price requests.
- Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible before dispatch. In case you wish to cancel the order after dispatch, you have to wait for the delivery and then you can return the product.

Go to the page https://www.petroindia.com and click register. Then just fill in all the needed information and click “Continue”. If you are individual buyer, you need to fill personal information form and in case you wish to buy through your company, the company details are to be furnished with all the mandatory sections. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.
- How can I retrieve my password?
You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.
- How do I change my personal details or email address?
You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to login page then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.
- What kind of Security is provided for our count?
Our web store is secured . This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.
- Can I track my order?
Yes you can track your order by tracking option in My Order.
- What is the Shipping time?
Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document.
- What is the Shipping cost?
Delivery charges are dependent on your location and products on your order. Our online store shows the delivery charges automatically on the checkout. You are advised to go through your order carefully before confirming it.
- How can I change the delivery address?
You can easily change your delivery address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the delivery address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.
- Do I have to register myself or my company for Purchase or Sell?
Yes. Registration is mandatory either as individual or as a company with all the relevant documents.
- Why my account is suspended?
The account can suspended due to various reasons mentioned in privacy policy and terms and conditions. If your account is suspended, please contact our customer care support via email or call. Our support personnel will contact you within 24 to 48 working days to solve the issue.
- How can I track my order or payment?
After logging into your account, go to my orders and hit tracking your order.
- How do I cancel my order before I make a payment?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payments?
Usually the delivery takes 5 to 8 working days. You can check out the delivery time while ordering the product. The delivery time will depend on the location from where the product is being delivered. In case of any query with regards to delivery/fast delivery, you can call our customer care executive or mail us. Our support personnel will revert back within stipulated time.
- What if my payment is not refunded?
Payment is refunded as per the stipulated time line given on the portal. Normally it takes 7 to 10 working days for the refund. In case your refund is delayed or you are unable to track the refund, we are there to help you. Please contact our customer care via mail or call. Rest assure your money is safe with us and we ensure the refund as quickly as possible.
- Why cash on delivery option is not there.
Currently we do not have the cash on delivery option. For placing the order the 100% payment is mandatory to confirm the order. However, we are looking into the option and will commence the option shortly.
- What happens if I receive damaged goods or correct product?
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any product/material is damaged or not the same product ordered by you or varies in quantity or quality, can be returned by our return option. We will ensure to assign our pick up executive. Once the product is received by the seller, your refund will be processed.
- Is GST mandatory for the purchase?
With an individual purchase, GST is not mandatory but in case the purchase is made through a company, GST including few documents are mandatory for the registration and invoicing.

- Always insist for clear and explicit terms and conditions (in writing) of the deal/transaction with the supplier (e.g. price, payment, refund and return policy, transportation cost, and delivery method/date etc.)
