• Approved Government License (import & export), Manufacturing License
• NOC from Drug Controller for sale & purchase of the product
• TDS (Technical Data Specification of the product)
• Radioactive substances, toxic and poisonous chemicals are forbidden on the PetroIndia site
• Ozone depleting substances are not permitted to be listed.
• The Seller/Purchaser agrees to accept responsibility for all transactions made from their account and any dispute arising out of any misuse of the account, whether by a family member, relative, friend, any third party or otherwise, shall not be entertained by the Company..
• In the event of detection of any fraudulent or declined transaction, prior to initiation of legal actions, the Seller /Purchaser understands that the Company reserves the right to immediately delete such accounts and dishonour all past and pending orders without any liability including that of refunds.
